Tired of directing guests to use the master bathroom, my clients decided it was time to make their guest bathroom as charming as the rest of their traditional home. The first time I entered this interior, there was nothing but dry wall. The request was for something clean, crisp, with a retro-style in the tile pattern, as well as plenty of storage space.
With careful planning, I was able to fulfill their design wishes by adding a freestanding cabinet with room for display and a place for toiletries. I then selected a retro-style pattern and tiles to compliment the room and cabinet decor. Also, added a three-step chair rail molding and envisioned an unusual, yet beautiful, sage and chocolate color palette. The client is considering having guests continue to use the master bathroom and keeping this one for themselves.
